I think the signing of Shockey is good evidence that they will get a deal done. If JR was convinced there wasn't going to be a deal, he wouldn't do it. This gives us hope that something will be done tomorrow.

That is silly to say that JR wants a lock out. He just wants a good deal like every other owner for the next 20 years. If that means a lock out then so be it. He and every owner make more money if they have a new CBA signed and there is no lock out. These conspiracy theories that JR wants a lock out so we can get Luck is crazy.
