Gabbert scores 42 on the wonderlic

What more does the guy have to do? At this point he has pretty much shown he's the total package. If he was coming out of a pro style offense he would be a no-brainer at the #1 slot. Then again...there were people who thought Bradford would fail too coming from essentially the exact same system. Bradford was also completely out of football for an entire season...

How does being mediocre in a conference where defense is optional exemplify being the "total package"? Have you actually watched the guy play, or have you only seen clips? Living in KC I got to see a fair number of Mizzou games and saw the guy in person a couple of times - I honestly think he was markedly worse this year than in 2009.

Perhaps a first-rounder in this draft, second rounder definitely, better than 2009 Matt Moore (a known quantity)... not at this point, and I'm not sure ever.

doesn't matter how smart you are when you panic and throw it away or incomplete most throws. he's going to be a miserable Clausen level failure in the NFL.

exactly. 16/9 td int ratio in the spread just turns me off completely. he panics way too much.

did he play for a good team? Some interesting info. Wonderlic is pretty random it looks like, but I am sure it has some point to it. They left out Montana but I believe it is right around Gabberts at 42-43 ish. Ryan leaf was 26 I think. There isn't really a pattern, but I can't remember seeing a 40+ score by a QB that was extremely successful. There are some greats in the low end and some duds with high scores. It does look like around the 30 range would be a minimum and this looks real bad for Clausen.

What more does the guy have to do?

Where blackface and change his name the Cameron Newton. :D

If only he could throw the ball with his brain.

You know I think you are on to something, who wants a moblie QB when you can have a telekinetic QB?

still don't want him period. if he couldn't help mizzou win in a down year for the big 12,whats he gonna do against brees, ryan, and freeman?

Everyone remembers how great Matt Ryan was his final year of college

oh

wait

I don't give a sh*t if we get him or not, just butting things in perspective. If the FO thinks he's the guy
