i think Edwards is similar to LaFell and Floyd is more similar to Gettis for some reason. As for the other Steve Smith, i know he got hurt, but to me he's worth a gamble. if he comes back healthy then he's a perfect 2nd WR.

no dice. Let Lafell, Gettis, and Pilares get those reps. Steve Smith is coming back and we have Shockey and prolly Rosario. Going after this guy would be wasting the talent we already have. I want Cam Newton to get familiar with his core of young receivers. Steve Smith and Shockey can mentor them.
