I've seen Brown get absolutely bitch slapped by tackles, the guy just doesn't have the bull rush ability of Johnson or the technique of Peppers.

Pep used 0 technique. He was all speed or bullrush.

Yes I believe he's worth that, cause I know they'll take him and make him good in their system. I'm pretty sure they're still a 3-4

As of now, yes, i really think Carolina should consider trading him to a team that is switching to a 3-4 and get a 4-3 end back, Houston wont trade Williams, but maybe another team will look into him. he is right now a bust because he doenst fit.

I wouldn't say he is a bust because he is a decent back-up and 3rd down rusher. However, I don't ever see him being a starter.

i don't know about bust because he is still on the roster, he gets playtime, and he produces..not a lot, but he makes stops and sacks occasionally. not a bust...just an underachiever.

Speaking of Brown reminds me of my problem with Hurney. He gets infatuated with players. He identifies someone he absolutely loves and cannot live without and we end up selling the farm for his schoolboy crush. It is really the opposite of the Patriots usual approach. They are almost always open to trading out of their slot because they realize that drafting is an inexact science. The best way to counter the odds of inevitably drafting a bust is to increase the number of players you draft. Their philosophy minimizes the impact of any busts they pick because they always have so many picks. A bust is no problem for them, they just cut away, next. They are smart- Hurney, not so much.
