Saints fans put their knowledge on display...

If you're a fan of an NFCS team other than the Panthers, you have to be horrified at the idea of what Cam might become based on his first two games.... then you read articles by guys like Gil Brandt saying Cam is the best rookie QB he's ever seen.

Tremble in fear little girls, Cam is about to return order to the NFCS.

Most Saints fans are LSU fans and they know what kind of player Cam is from watching him manhandle their college team. It burns them up to know that he's with a division rival now, and they will never have anything positive to say about him.

I'm stationed in the Coast Guard near New Orleans, and I can tell you first hand that every single Saints fan around here was saying and praying that he would flop in the NFL. Clearly, he's not.

I personally love it.

It really is amazing what a quarterback with a deep threat and a pass friendly offense can do to make our receivers look good. I wonder what Saints fans think of Shockey right now given that many felt he was injury prone and over the hill when we got him from them. He seems to be making a comeback. He isn't even our best tight end and he seems on pace for a great year. His 17.9 yards per catch, so far, is the best in his career.

Its easy to throw a lot of touchdowns when you're throwing a lot of interceptions.

That makes no sense. To throw touchdowns you must first complete passes. If you're throwing INT's you no longer have possession of the ball to complete said passes.

Just because you're passing the ball doesn't automatically mean they are completions.

    • The league would protect him.  The amount of poo Jerry Jones has had exposed and got away with?  The amount of poo Stephen Ross has got away with?  How long Dan Snyder got away with essentially fuging sex trafficking employees and poo???????  Taking down JR was a hit job.  You think the other 31 owners, especially the older ones aren’t blathering, blatant, ignorant ass, bigoted rich racists who have committed far worse things than Blue Jean Fridays?  The ones I named above have DEFINITELY did worse than what JR was accused of.  And do you think guys like Steve Smith would’ve been viewing him as a father figure if they felt that’s who he was?  JR pissed the league off with that last lockout situation and they made him pay.  They lined a new guy up to join their billionaire boys club in Tepper, and they prolly slid a pretty penny to Jonathan Jones to write the “expose,” to get JR out of here.  Again, all the owners I’ve listed above have been verified on record for doing worse poo, yet they’re still running their organizations, unquestioned.  They hand-picked Tepper long before JR was forced out, so he isn’t going anywhere.  Sadly.  fug the NFL.  (Also, to be clear, it’s always fug racism, bigotry, and sexual exploitation - not ever excusing it.  Just making the point that the NFL isn’t operating under this clear standard of justice applied to each and every case)
    • I was still in the throes of a contentious divorce and my job at the time had me work on Sundays.  At the beginning of the season I tried to still work around Sundays so I could see our games.  I think after Bryce came back from the benching, I said fug it.  First time in my life I intentionally didn’t watch our games, even through the Atlanta finale.  In the past, even if we didn’t live up to expectations, I would watch to still support and at least analyze player development, strengths and weaknesses, coaching, etc., but Bryce makes all of that a moot point, so I stopped watching. Again, this is asinine,  it if he is retained (still can’t believe this is even a possibility of a conversation due to how shitty our organization has become under Tepper), I will NOT watch next season until he is gone.
    • Live look at Bryce playing ping pong.
