Went to see whose cut on black monday and at the end of a sporting news article Chidzinski was the one and only canidate they were preaching.

Who’s a good fit? The NFL is a copycat league, so the Rams should be inspired by the Carolina Panthers’ quick offensive turnaround and target offensive coordinator Rob Chudzinski. What would help in that scenario is luring A.J. Smith as general manager—who worked with Chudzinski in San Diego—if the Chargers make such a front-office change.

It really depends on whether they think that hiring Spagnuolo was a mistake because he had no head coaching experience. If you ndo, then hiriing Chud would be more of the same. If you think you keep looking for up and coming guys then maybe you take a chance on another coordinator with no head coaching experience.

If it were me though, I think I would go with a proven guy if I could find him and there was a good fit. I don't know thhere fan base would support another no name guy and several more years of struggle.

Wouldn't take this speculation too seriously. He's just the latest guy the media has heard of. I honestly don't think Chud is as important to Newtons development as Shula has been. So even if he does leave (unlikely), then we already have Norv's son on staff who could probably step right in and do a fine job.

Just because ONE article says that, everyone is getting their panties in a twist. The Rams want an A list coach. Chud is not gonna restore faith in that fan base unless Cam Newton goes with him. That team wants Jeff Fischer or some other proven HC. So just breathe. All will be fine. Chud isn't going anywhere. Once we make the playoffs, then you can all push the panic button because he will then be in HIGH demand. Especially if we go deep into the playoffs next season and Cam kills it during the regular season.

    • Nobody on the huddle is saying we have an elite group offensively across the board. They aren't great. They're young. If you are expecting someone to agree with your position of blaming everyone around Bryce Young nearly three full seasons into his career you are going to be left holding the bag save for a handful of people who act like they are paid to defend his honor. Bryce Young is not a guy who has had to claw and fight his way into starting jobs in football. He's had the best to work with and been gifted roles since he was a teenager. The Panthers have one of the youngest rosters in the league and with us needing an infusion of young defensive talent in the upcoming draft we're only going to get younger. We need a QB who possesses the ability to elevate those around him. If you can't agree with me on that then there's nothing further to discuss.
    • All Bryce and the Panthers had to do was split with the Saints and a rookie QB. The bar was so low. They even had a whole bye week to prepare. The time for singing kumbaya was before that game. Anyone still talking about Bryce earning a second contract 43 games into his career is living a fantasy. He might get one from the Tepper owned Panthers but he's damn sure not earned it.
