go read some of the comments in this PFT thread if you need some laughs.

Some idiot wrote that we no longer have to worry about "blackouts" and "extensions" thanks to cam.

LOL!!!! When was the last time the Panthers had a blackout? over ten years ago?

A city like Charlotte will NEVER have to worry about blackouts based on how much corporate money is in the area.

Cam Newton's historic rookie season will get one final act, as the Carolina Panthers quarterback will replace Detroit Lions quarterback Matthew Stafford, who is not able to play in the annual all-star game due to a sprained labia. Stafford had replaced New York Giants quarterback Eli Manning on the NFC's Pro Bowl roster.

Newton was the second alternate among NFC quarterbacks after Manning, Aaron Rodgers, Drew Brees, and Matthew Stafford. The Giants overtime victory over the San Francisco 49ers in Sunday's NFC Championship Game made Manning unavailable for next Sunday's Pro Bowl and opened a spot for Stafford.

Newton, the first overall pick in the 2011 draft, threw for 4,051 yards -- the most by a rookie in NFL history -- and 21 touchdowns with 17 interceptions this season to post an 84.5 quarterback rating. He added 706 rushing yards to become the first player in league history to pass for 4,000 yards and rush for at least 500 yards in a single season. Newton also set an NFL for most rushing touchdowns by a quarterback in a single season with 14

Fixed for the Stafford fanboys

    • I mean this is legit AF statement....you don't spend that draft capital on a project just like you don't trade up for an injured RB either, which was done in the same draft.  That draft IMO was a necessary evil for DM to learn from his mistakes (I think he did but some may not). Also I have to mention I'm a big Coker fan and think getting him as an UDFA was obv a steal.  Coker is the better WR2 at this point as Legette and its not even debatable unfortunately.  Give him year 3 but don't expect much from him.  Continue in the offseason with adding as much talent and competition on the roster as possible including WR.  Or just trade his ass for peanuts and continue to build roster by any means.......
    • Losing him was a huge loss. Look at how the Bears went from a 5 win team to now a 11 win team. The Lions offensive line is bad this year, secondary is bad and Campbell going for it on 4th down all the time has cost them games instead of taking the Field Goals. Goff is inconsistent as well.
    • Nah we just talking about giving a platform and normalizing predators (who both beat women) opinions and celebrating it if it fits your narrative.  If that's fun I'm fine being a miserable fug by not supporting P.O.S like that. N b4 you call me a libtard or some other dumb ish know I'm an Anarchist/Libertarian and believe both these dudes should get a complete ass whooping (at min) or something worse for what they have done to women in this world.
