Nakamura locked up the game's "goat award" with decidedly NOT playing the sole responsibility of safety for that bomb out of the endzone by Ryan. I can't believe I was actually a bit excited at picking him up when we did. I want to repeatedly hit my face with a shovel about now.

How do u even see this? Chris was a monster hitter with bad coverage skills. Nakamura gets burnt and can't tackle to save his life.

Nakamura is so hot and cold. He made some great plays today and he made some atrocious plays today. I think without a doubt Martin makes that play on the ball on the pass that put the nail in our coffin towards the end. Nakamura had decent position but just wasn't fast enough or athletic enough to get up and knock the ball away.

One thing is for sure, Safety is steadily emerging as our biggest need this off-season in the draft. If this keeps up, we need to draft the best safety in the draft and by the looks of it we will have the draft position to do so.
