Should We Fire Chud and Promote Shula?

I say yes. And from Rivera's Presser, it appears more moves are on the horizon. I think Shula could make a huge difference in our offense. He talks to Cam on gamedays more than anyone else, helps with adjustments, mechanics, etc. I think he is better able to appreciate what is going on during gamedays and would gladly make those adjustments.

I really hope this is the next move.

I don't know enough about Shula to have an informed opinion.

But I can say certainly that Chud is not getting the job done - if he can do better then it wouldn't hurt my feelings...

I hate to be impulsive, but Chud has done more than enough to get himself fired.

This offensive system is a complete mess. No business running this system in the NFL.

My outlook is, if they're all operating on a one-year basis now, what would it matter? It really can't get any worse than what Chud is doing at this point.

Yes or at least, Rivera needs to take some control and get Chud to put more pro-offense in our scheme.

I can't tolerate watching much more of Chud's gameplan, and I can't imagine the players want to tolerate continuing to run it.

Whatever they do, let's not pretend like we know better. Last year everyone on this board anointed Chud as the NFL's great offensive genius and the most desirable head coaching candidate. Now he looks like a doofus to all of us.

Well 22nd is better than 31st. Not like it would be a permanent move anyway.
