What are you looking for in Cam next year?

Ok the draft is over now and i have been reading old articles from last year about cam when he was in his slump or chud was but it got me thinking what are the things you guys want to see him improve on this year?

Me i would like for him to have that jake fire in him and learn that if your down the game is not over.

And to be a captain and pick his guys up when they are down.

Honestly, fourth quarter wins. He has struggled to go out and win games late. If he can win in the 4th quarter we should make the playoffs.

More accuracy on his throws...

That will mean more sustained drives ....

Additional pressure on the other teams defense and ultimately more wins.

I am hopeful that he can more consistently play at the same very high level he played at the second half of last year.

If he can maintain his level of play from the second half of the season where he led the league in consecutive passes without an interception, etc., we are going to the damn playoffs. Especially after augmenting our top 10 defense.

Better footwork. His accuracy is great when his feet are set.

Its when his feet are crazy that is accuracy goes haywire. If he improves his footwork, the accuracy will be there.

For him to be the starting QB of the carolina panthers, and to go out every game & give his best effort. Anything extra is an added bonus.

4th Quarter performance. Think about his fumble in Atlanta. Think about his dead duck pass against Seattle. That is two plays that would have resulted in 2 wins. 9-7, winning season. Cam needs that killer instinct that the great ones have.

Yes he is the QB but he isn't the team, he isn't the Oline RB TE or WR or calling the plays so therefore I want him to just control what he can, he will improve but he can't do it all.

Yes, this means we're going to finally use our running backs as a strength.

Better everything- leader, decision maker, accuracy, TD to INT ratio, etc.

Just looking for the natural progression really. I think he's only going to get better from here on out.
