Kenjon Barner - our Tavon Austin / Percy Harvin

Yeah. Tell Barner to go do whatever sproles did to us last year.

The reason why Sproles is so dangerous is because despite his size, he is a really good pass protector.

Without that piece of his game, he is not a dangerous.

Most of the smaller guys can't do what he does. Check out Darren's base, it's much wider and stout than most of the scat backs.

Kid is short, not small.

I think that if used properly he could add that game-breaking element to our offense that we haven't had receiving wise out of the back field at any point I can remember. Like many suggest I'd like to see him utilized much the same way Sproles is featured in NO.

DeAngelo showed that homerun ability late in the season when he was given the chance on designed screens, but given his age/contract I'm glad we brought a 6th rounder who's proven to be durable, as well as a great runner over +1,700 yds as just a runner is impressive to me! To fill that scat/change of pace role once we likely part ways with Williams after the conclusion of the up-coming season.

Half of our WR roster is slower than Armanti?

I'd like to see him in system, if thats how we're going to use him. It would make our offense that much more dangerous. In addition, I like what Gettleman did here. He's planning now for next year when we trade D Will or Stew. Personnally, I know the Huddle is hung on Stew over D Will, but Stew can't stay healthy the entire season. We'll see where it goes...

This kid will make the roster, as an all purpose threat. He catches the ball as well as anyone else. Ran routes at Oregon, his bubble screen and 1 hit and HR threat is there, and he plays faster than Austin in pads. He was an awesome pick in the 6th. He will do great things for us. Look to him to play some slot, and and catch 3-5 swing/screens per game, and improve what is a really really crappy return game.

Just looking at his highlight videos he has faster straight line speed. But Austin has better vision is faster with his cuts and better receiver.
