Idk why they refuse to drop that cheesy cartoon look the game graphics have each year and try to update it. It literally looks exactly the same now as it did when '06 came out. You have games bordering on photorealism these days, I dont understand how they can continue to justify churning out such a dated looking product that is hardly visually distinguishable from late Xbox graphics and players that still look like odd robots waddling around and moving. It's just sad.

Exactly.  Last GOOD Madden was probably 2005...but that was still second best that year.  Sure competition gives us great games, but also gives us some pretty horrible ones.

This is the way I see it. Even tho EA has had it's and downs over the years. They are starting to get it back on track. Some complain that it is the same year in and year out. Then if think you can make a better football game then this. Then please go out and make it. Prove to me that you make it much better then this. Like I said before. Those are actual gameplay videos of next gen that I showed you. Believe it or not. Also told you that EA is still far from having completing the next Gen Madden right now. Once the current gen madden comes out in August. Then they should be showing some next gen Madden some where near October. So until you the full game itself for the next gen. Stop judging. Every company has it's ups and downs with is customers. EA is working hard to get back where they need to be with Madden for the next gen. Plain and simple.

Dude the game is still in Alpha stage. They are not going to show the game complete until it is time. Madden25 for the next gen will not be out until Novmeber when the game systems launches.  So don't judge the product until is complete. Which is not. That's like going to a car factory and saying this car is going to be crap while it ain't even near complete yet.

 

When did I even judge anything? My real point was to just point out that this isn't even gameplay so it shouldn't be claimed as such.

its sad but they dont give a fug man. They will make their money either way. People will buy this game regardless because it acts as a football fix. For me, im fugin done. Same with microsoft. I will speak with my wallet and i aint wasting my hard earned money on bullshit anymore.

Double post. But seriously.. if you dont like the product, dont buy it. I will ne exercising this for the first time with madden despite my love for football video games..

I updated the roster on madden 12 ps2. Plays AWESOME. 3rd xbox broke i aint buyin another one. Microsft can shove it up their ass. Gunna play ps2 till ps4 comes out

no i feel they will continue to gimmick us because the same retards like me buy the game every year because i gotta have my Panther fix. Until they have competition they will continue to be poo. Just my opinion man.

Just look at microsoft. What if the playstation didnt exsist and it was just them? What kind of poo would they be pulling?

Competition is great. From video games to our very own panther squad. Just makes everything better. Complacency is the opposite! The sickness! Lol

      Canales up first. Guys got their legs back yesterday and started a little slow when they came out Bryce challenged them in the huddle and they responded "Dominant practice for the defense today." Praised turnovers, "beautiful hits," and being physical Praised Moehrig, Ransom, Incoom, and Jones II Confirmed playing starters. Predominantly a young team and can't pass up an opportunity. Emphasized game day routines such as nutrition, body readiness, etc. Plus it's a bunch of new guys on the defense. Bryce will start. Will play them the first two, but starters might sit for the third game depending on how practice goes that week. Nic Scourton has a mild hamstring that happened in special teams. DJ Johnson had an issue with his hip flare up and is getting checked out this afternoon. Experimenting with approach to preseason games. In Seattle they played their starters in all but the last preseason game and what Pete Carroll was looking for in terms of mental readiness to play football. Thomas Incoom has been getting a lot of work with AC Carter adding to his toolbelt. Getting better as a rusher and being physical in the run game. Looking for a consistency in response. 1pt for a win, 3pts for a TD. Defense doesn't like that, but in games if they give up one go ball the score can swing. They challenged the pass game and the run game today. Guys are getting together before, between, and after team drills to challenge each other Job of the coaching staff to set the foundation for our schemes, philosophy, and expectations of what it's like to play Panthers football. Powerful when players take that and the locker room owns it. That's when it becomes our team, their team. At the end of the day, the men on the field have to rebound from a bad play, celebrate the good plays, and keep each other in tune for a whole game. Robert Hunt is amazing. Size, talent, quickness, flexibility. Really intelligent guy that there will say himself there are technique things he needs to work on. Regardless of where players are at, there's a constant learning curve and loves that Big Rob is challenging himself with the position coach. Thinks the digital down and distance can be really valuable. Getting the information quickly will help with the flow of the game. Thought TMac looked great but there were some near misses that he'll have to get in the room and communicate with Bryce on while reviewing film. James Mitchell keeps doing right and his trust factor is increasing with the QBs. If you're right and the coverage says the ball goes there, it'll come. Had some issues at the start of camp but is trending up. Newton or Person: "It looked like today was beyond thud but short of live. What do you call that?" Canales: "No, that's thud. In my mind, that's what thud should look like. The challenge for our defensive guys is can you put your body in a position where we know that would've been a tackle." Whizzing by, tagging with two hands, etc doesn't show you whether you would've made a tackle. That's not real football. Let's the play extend because guys have to be ready to chase sometime where the ball squirts out from a pit. Can't train to say "Ah, it was a tackle" and relax but instead play with intensity through the whistle. Lathan Ransom is bringing the physical style of play that they saw on film. Has been really into the details and someone that they can count on. Has really given himself a chance to start at the other safety position. Excited for the extra energy from a game-like environment that they'll get from FanFest. Used to have four preseason games and now FanFest feels like that first one. Will give ST full speed reps to evaluate. Making plays and feeding off of the fans. Window closed quickly on the INT to finish practice. CSW baited Bryce with some movement and made a great play. Saw it from Bryce's perspective with TMac coming open. Has played all over the secondary that they can count on to speak loudly and be on the same page with his teammates.
