Panthers Have "No Idea" When Stewart Will Return

Recommended Posts

Watch Barner lead the team in rushing this year

Then people will be like, "oh, wait, so we don't have to pay ridiculous money for a productive running game? We just need a 6th round pick making minimum salary? This is a win-win!"

i've said it before (as if it matters) that i wouldn't be surprised to see him leading the RBs in TDs. i don't see him leading them in yardage, but YPA and TDs...yeah, i can see that.

I don't know about Barner as he has not played a down in the NFL but I love his speed and what he potentially could do for us on the field.  I love Stu but we're really in good shape with D-Will and Tolbert.  I actually love that combination.  When Stu and D-Will are both healthy it's too much riches.  There is not enough touches for both of them.

i'd be shocked if he didn't lead our RBs in receiving touchdowns.

I really like Stew and he has done this every year since he's come into the league, but he always manages to play come day 1 of regular season. Regardless of how good he is, I'm just not sure if Gettleman will put up that thread along with his contract. But you can't argue with that fact that he balls...

It's made up.

That quote may be but I know for a fact that Stewart is not well liked amongst the team (specifically both the oline and dline). His refusal to participate in practice has made him an outcast in the locker room amongst a pretty substantial portion of the team.

I doubt Stewart made that comment as he is much more well spoken. With that said, the quote isn't far off his mindset about camp and practice.
