Which player are you most intrigued/excited about?

Barner - I honestly think he winds up being one of the best rookie RBs this year, touches be damned

 

Brandon Williams - IF, and a huge if, he becomes a serviceable 2nd TE this year, he could be a game-changer for us on offense

 

Kuechly - It's Kuechly. He's a damn stud

 

Cam - Same reasons as above, but I think he takes the next step this year and silences critics

 

Smitty - Smitty in the slot is going to be fun to watch

I'm excited about this squad as a whole. IMO this team is solid. There are a few holes, but every team has them. Gman seems to have raised the talent on the bottom end of the roster...

Honestly, Armanti. Every since we drafted him, I've been a big doubter, but I'm excited to watch him in the preseason.

 

The receiver battle will be fun to watch. Gettis, Armanti, Pilares, and Adams on the bubble, it'll be cool to watch them fight it out.

Last year, the breakout players were Hardy and Luke. That needs to continue. Those 2 IMO have a shot. I really want a CJ, Short, Hardy, Alexander front on 3rd and longs when we get a shot to sub

It seemed that way back when bell cow backs ruled the NFL.  Keek is wracking up huge tackle numbers against a much more pass driven league.  NFL offenses from linemen to wideouts are significantly faster now than they were in a decade ago.

 

Considering Keuchly's measurables put him right in the mix for most athletic linebacker in the league, your basically saying Morgan was more athletic than any linebacker playing right now.  Little tough for me to take that in...

I'm excited about all the obvious players, but mostly about LaFell. I think he might have a great season, or at least I am hoping so, also I am excited to see if Barner gets a nice amount of minutes I feel like given the chance he may be something special.
