Can someone give me the info on Chris Scott? Where is he from, how did he look in pre season etc..

It seems like the FO and Rivera really like this guy, Ive seen a few of my fellow Huddlers say he looked solid. So please inform me, who is Chris Scott? Was he a UDFA? Was he a FA? Is he a vet? I dont even remember hearing about signing him. Did he play in pre season and if so how did he look? Is he a practice squad guy? I am usually really good knowing exactly where and when each of the players on the roster got signed and knowing about them, but this guy completey slipped by me. So any info would be appreciated.

I think I even saw someone post that he could be our "Dwan Edwards of the O line?" Is that a accurate assesment?

He is solid depth.  If we ever have to count on him, we are screwed.  We all want to find a diamond in the rough  and RG is a good place to do that, but he is not there yet, IMO.

What good is depth when the starters are terrible...half the starters on the oline should be depth.

I really did not get into how good the starters are--I liked Scott when I watched him, but I do not remember the quality he was up against.
