Deshaun Foster is better than DeAngelo Williams because he "tires out the defense" for Deangelo to get his yards

Stanley McClover is going to be a star at defensive end. See how he barks when he gets sacks, I love that guy

Taye Biddle/Jason Carter/J Leman/Armanti Edwards/Phillipe Gardent/Toni Fuonoti will step right in and become starters

I'll bite and play devil's advocate!

#2: Jake had a better career than 95% of the QB's that come into the league.  In his prime, there were few QB's that could match his clutch throws. I would say a Superbowl appearance in your first year with a team is about as good as you can get.  Winning would have made him great, no matter what he did the rest of his career.

#3: Carolina had the best defensive line in 2003, no doubt.

#4: Jake Delhomme was a better QB than Brees until 2006 when he teamed up with Sean Peyton.  I'm sure no one cared to say that until he moved to the NFC South but still, there was a time that was a true statement.  Know what you mean though.

2. so Tent Dilfer was a great QB.

3. It was up there but the greatest might be pushing it.

4. Jake might have won more games until 2006 but Brees was still the better QB.

If you compare the play of the QB's through their respective playoff runs, no one's comparing Delhomme to Dilfer.  Delhomme carried the Panthers in the Superbowl.  It was arguably the best game of his career.  Dilfer just didn't lose the game so the defense could win it.

    • I turned to the NFL Network and they are playing the Wildcard Game against the Rams I think we gained a lot of respect around the league we hung in there for a while into the 4th Quarter 🙂
    • Does anyone know for sure if the game tonite will be on HBO max?  That is where I watched the last one and only access I currently have- I am in SE NC and no broadcast stations carry the games.😖
    • take a  look around the league at other young Qb's such as Drake Maye , Jayden Daniels, Bo Nix , CJ Stroud  & Caleb Williams who at the time like Bryce Young they also were drafted by teams with a losing record .the only difference with these Qb's is after joining their teams with a losing record they led those same teams to a winning record in a very short period of time .it's simply what you call a game changer & or elite Qb's & then take a  look at  the other side of the coin you have Qb's such as Trey Lance, Zach Wilson, Mac Jones, Justin Fields  & Anthony Richardson also like Bryce Young all first round picks who instead of winning either did not play or led their teams to a losing record while playing  Bryce Young who has an overall record of 14-30 & wildly inconsistent & never in the history of the NFL has a Qb 5'10" or shorter had a successful carrer as Qb in the NFL  if anything history is telling you exactly what ?..just saying
