DWill and Blackburn to Start Sunday Night...

I'd rather stick with Klein, but at this point I trust Rivera.  Never thought I'd say that.

Klein is physically better, but also a rookie.

The Saints offense does a boatload of formation changes and misdirection.

I can see going with a veteran who's less likely to get fooled in those situations.

Still expect Klein will see his fair share of time on the field though, especially if Blackburn struggles.

Who gets the start means very little. Its just a formality. Hardy wasnt a starter last week and played all but two snaps.

Diff scenario. Hardy did not start because he was late to a meeting....that was only a punishment to get everyone's attention.

I expect Blackburn to play most of the

snaps, but Klein should get some looks.

Even before Blackburn was injured Klein was getting significant snaps as the two of them were rotated. In this situation I dont see why it matters much which is listed as a starter.

I think it's a matchup thing more than anything...Blackburn is a smart, physical player who can really jam graham off the line and make things difficult in the first 5 yards....I don't have as much faith in him past that point but he's played in BIG TIME games before and knows how to get the job done .....either way there's nothing wrong with some rotation and fresh legs....stop freaking out Klein will get his

Klein will keep getting his shots, Blackburn has been on the big stage and performed well..

How the heck is Chris Scott still out? Didn't think it'd take this long.  I want to see how a Gross-Wharton-Kalil-Scott-Chandler lineup does.

I have been wondering the same thing about Chris Scott's returning. I am also wondering who on our OL stays next year when it's almost a given an upgrade will be a major priority in the offseason.
