Greg Hardy vs. Steve Smith

I hadn't been sold on Greg Hardy until the last two games. His personality is just kind of off. But hearing people talk about him being able to turn on the switch come gametime, playing like he's got something to prove as a late round pick, and having that angry fire that turns him into the Kraken on the field, I think he's got a lot in common with Smitty.

 

I think he could mature like Steve and become a leader. These guys that haven't had anything handed to him are the guys we can build a team around. Unlike a Clowney.

Seriously tho... I've been singing the praises of The Kraken since we stole this guy in the 6th round. If you didn't know this guy was going to be a beast you were blind.

It looks like he already is a leader. During the ATL game they showed a clip of Mikell (I think) being all pissy in the huddle with his helmet off and such. They didn't have the the sound but it appeared that Hardy was settling him down and getting him focused.
