FYI if a team wants you that bad they will WAIT until your teams season is over. Sounds like he's desperate to me

I'm not okay with this. The Panthers should have the right to deny access to him until after the season. Generally when these guys do an interview they spend time researching the franchise so they can sell their vision of the team. He needs to be focused on winning a Super Bowl, not thinking about his next career move.

McDermott will get a head coaching gig soon.  Maybe not this one and maybe not this year but it is going to happen.  I just hope Wilks does not leave for a DC job this offseason.  He has been a miracle working with this secondary.
