Mitchell could end up being a captain if brought back. From all the videos and mic'd up things we've seen, he seems like a good vocal leader.

Hardy may be a good fit, he's matured a lot the last couple years and is one of the most vocal guys on the team.

If he stays then Greg Hardy could be a good choice, or perhaps Munnerlyn or Mitchell.
