I think the 25 year old will be a playmaker in this league if hes given a good opportunity. If he screws up cut him sign him to a contract that would allow you to do so. I think he could be a guy we give a 1 year deal too. His height and build is the ideal size of wr we need to build around cam. Sure hes been in some trouble but if he truly believes he can be a #1 wr in this league and willing to work towards that goal then I believe those probelms will go away once hes in our locker room around our guys

No, I take character and leadership very seriously. Gross just retired and he was probably the single most respected guy in the organization. Now the leadership torch gets passed to Cam and the less BS we has to deal with the better.
