I don’t mind him leaving there so much as going to Orlando to play for the 2024 version of Gus Malzahn. when malzahn left UCF, if it was really about the (offensive) coach he could have followed him to Florida state and played actual competition. Instead he stayed in the big 12 and I could not care less about what he did in that schedule against that caliber of offensive lineman. I didn’t follow the draft this year, I’m too busy with work and buying a new house, and I don’t follow big 12 football as a rule. Maybe he jumped off the charts with the scouts and coaches. But the only requirement to play offensive line in the big 12 is being able to get back onto your feet quickly and block for two seconds and do it 60 times a game.

The only way I think he's traded is if we draft another receiver, and we all know that the situationally receiver-averse Huddlers don't want us drafting any more receivers.

No. H shouldn't be traded. He slumped. He needs an off season on get right. He is still on his rookie contract, there is no reason to dump him yet. Give him some competition this season and let him fight for the spot. Things will sort themselves out.

I mean, he was over 90 percent on the boundary at Tulane as well, but he did run on the left a little more than half of the time, so at least we know that he's not limited to the right as all Matt Harmon seemed to talk about. He still didn't do much slot work at all. There isn't any specific info about specific routes, motion or nuance, and that's where we really have to pivot back to scouting profiles. But you can imagine that boundary receivers are going to basically be used for "go" routes.
