PFF: Top 15 NFL rookies through Week 11
AU-panther replied to TheSpecialJuan's topic in Carolina Panthers
PFF grades aren't based on total stats. In their simplest form they are based on a player's ratio of good snaps to bad snaps. Evens is playing in about a third of the snaps. Carolina Panthers 2025 Snap Counts | Pro-Football-Reference.com Warren is playing in over 80% of the snaps. Indianapolis Colts 2025 Snap Counts | Pro-Football-Reference.com If Evens is only playing 20 snaps and being asked to block on 18 of them and does a good job blocking on the majority of those and then catches his two targets his grade is going to be really good. The team is using him in a limited role playing to his strengths. -
Panthers PFF Grades vs Falcons
AU-panther replied to Dave Gettleman's Shorts's topic in Carolina Panthers
IF they had 64 analyst that would be 2 per team. One could take offense; one could take defense. Roughly 100-150 plays a game, let's call it 140 that would be 70 plays each. Coach's film has no downtime between plays so to watch 70 plays would take about 10 minutes. Even if you watched each play 11 times to focus on each player thats 110 minutes, less than two hours. That leaves 22 more hours to really take your time. Seems very doable. -
Rational Falcons Fan Reaction to Loss
BEASTfromdaEAST replied to L-TownCat's topic in Carolina Panthers
Honestly it should warm the hearts of ALL Panthers fans knowing the Saints and Falcons organizations are just as big of poo shows as the Panthers (maybe even more) -

I don't think we were looking ahead to the Falcons. I think it's even weirder - they just were so sure they'd arrived they didn't need to prepare for the Saints as hard.
-
I thought Bijan Robertson was supposed to do that Sunday
-
He'll get his shot next year. I imagine one of Chuba or Rico will be gone. Etienne has been showing improvement as well.
-
This week's... https://twitter.com/GenBryceYoung/status/1990827594162241864?t=PNgSfm6tHjpNmcJDwgz-1g&s=19 I'd call it a revenge your but I'm not especially confident we're gonna be the ones getting revenge

I honestly wish Julius Peppers had gotten sick of some of Steve's bullshit and put him on his ass. Because I honestly think that was the one guy Steve wanted no part of.
-
Just worry about it next year. Its that simple honestly. its way to early to do what ifs. I could see us trade/cut chuba and retain dowdle, I could see them let dowdle walk and go with Chuba/Etienne and Brooks, and I could see Dowdle and Chuba both stay and see what happens. Hell, we still have 6 games left THIS season plus possible post-season...what if Rico or Chuba have an ACL tear or severe injury. I DO NOT want that to happen, but stuff like that does happen. Remember RB is the most injury prone position in the NFL due to the beating their bodies take so having some extra guys is never bad, just wish it hadn't come at the cost we paid to get him.

I think it’s cool that no one can be really certain what the outcome will be. That’s a lot of progress! This is a real opportunity for us, I’d be happy with a competitive game and thrilled if we sack up for a W.
-
I could never found out who did the first surgery. That failed. Nor who did the recent one. Yiu can’t count on anything involving him. If it happens it’s a windfall at this point.
-
McCaffrey may set a single game rushing record.
-
I go into this one with fairly low expectations... but that isn't exactly a new thing

Does Bryce deserve credit for game-winning drives?
Mr. Scot replied to TN05's topic in Carolina Panthers
Yes, he does. Mind you, I've said many times that game winning drives are kind of a double edged sword because it tends to mean you're going into a lot of final quarters losing. It's great to see them, but it's even better not to need them. -
They can’t score if they are on the bench offense and special teams will have to carry if they are to win here’s hoping im trying to have some, knowing better
-
The main thing this team needs is healthy players but a big time defensive guy in the paint would help us. Caleb Wilson is a target and we have the picks to make a move. Boozer would also work but he looks like a solid but pedestrian NBA player from what I have seen so far.

If I saw that, I'd jump for joy Then I'd have myself drug tested
-
Per Jared Feinberg, we'll likely go into this game with neither Trevin Wallace nor Christian Rozeboom, while facing Christian McCaffrey. Not encouraging

I have so many issues with this interview. He professes his innocence in fights as if he was simply stepping up against opposition and not taking cheap shots. What about Ken Lucas, Steve? Swinging on a man taking a knee and not even looking your direction and you fracture his eye socket and buy him Dunkin donuts as an apology. Go fug yourself with your self-righteous bullshit. He was a great player but he is an awful person. And he can lie to himself all he wants but when you carry yourself in public, on the field, and in your marriage this way? You aren't a good father either. Men lead by example and his example is dog poo.

Those cross country trips are bad on a team. Look at the Chargers last Sunday against Jacksonville.
