Every other phase and the other players sucked so bad today that Bryce won’t be in the spotlight as much. There’s also no point in playing Dalton. Just ride it out, bottom out and pick another qb next year.

How you doing? You committed seppuku yet?

The franchise needs to reboot and get back to their roots.

This team needs a bridge coach to return some sort of GAF. A winner would be a bonus, but this team is so damn far down in the well that they don’t even know what dignity looks like. Y’all just need to face it, NOBODY, no coach, coordinator or position coach who is worth anything wants ANYTHING to do with this ish. The blow it all up and burn it to the ground for some hero to come in and save us from our owner is a complete fallacy. It’s not going to happen. Tepp will have to roll up a Brinks truck and drop some more propaganda. The rebuild approach that works for other teams in the NFL will not work here. We have the worst owner in the NFL, and it’s not even close. Who TF wants to come to CHARLOTTE (!) and be the head coach under Tepper. The only thing that will spark any momentum will be the typical Panthers lucky win streak to finish the season, fire the head coach and hire someone who is not afraid to tell grown ass men that they’re losers (but Tepp doesn’t get along with those types). Rinse wash and repeat. Hopefully we also luck in a franchise QB in the process, a la Delhomme and Newton. -
These games aren’t even competitive anymore

Waiting for the NFL to introduce relegation. Push the panthers down to the CFL maybe then we will have a chance to win another game. -
There’s nobody else on the roster worth playing anyways

He is a beta. Just like Canalas

Whoever it is I don't want to hear "throws with great anticipation." , "is a great facilitator of the ball", "is like a point guard", or compared to any basketball player
-
This is definitely the lowest point in the team's history. The difference between this era and any other, is I can't see a way out. Tepper is the only common thread for the ignominy we've dealt with since 2018.

The real HC

You really can't bench him at this point unless you also don't even dress him. Benching Bryce and then being forced to play him again and him looking even serviceable like last year, would be the absolute worst thing possible, because then it just creates more uncertainty. And once you bench him for Dalton, it's signaling to the rest of the team that you're just throwing in the towel too. This is a really bad situation with no good way out of it this year.

Multiple years of hopelessness ahead -
Worst owners in professional sports.

Well, I acknowledge that is a conspiracy theory, it is a type of collusion that I think a group of billionaires or at least multi millionaires would execute simply because Tepper stepped out a line and moving up in the draft the way that he did.
-
Relying on an undrafted 2nd year guy shows this team is toast
-
Last year, Canales said Bryce would be the starter in his presser after the week 2 game…. Canales can’t make the call to bench him until Tepper tells him he can

The ole George Steinbrenner vote of confidence

Dave can stick something up his ass. poo show.

Probably gets a week with Coker to evaluate some more. Leash likely isn’t long anymore.

I think if Bryce continues with the bad play he will be benched again
-
At this point, he can move the damn team and I wouldn't even care.

I mean sure, I don’t expect to land a HOF level coach. But they need to get a head coach who can at least instill a winning culture. Maybe Reich could have done that but like others have said and we all suspect, Bryce probably wasn’t his choice at QB and he checked out. I think when we heard he wouldn’t change his scheme to fit Bryce we all knew what that meant. So the bigger problem we have is, how do they instill a winning culture with an owner who doesn’t listen to the people he hires? It won’t even matter who they get. I’m not even sure if they did magically hire a future HOF caliber coach that Tepper would railroad them into oblivion.
