Yeah defense was incredible, not that surprising with Penix playing terrible but we also completely bottled up Bijan which was a shocker to me and a great sign. The D still has several holes, I HATE the 3-4 and don't think Evero is any good -- BUT Brown and Horn are both legit superstar caliber players and now we're seeing some of the young guys' potential which is definitely encouraging. Also, aside from Etienne's fumble, our ST was absolutely lights out. Fitz perfect on XP/FGs of course but also our kickoffs were amazing -- both his placement on the kicks and our coverage getting there.

Most QBs so far this year have looked mid all though this is the norm for young, beating the falcons ass, just like last year, he deserves a little leeway, regardless if you think he’s long term answer or not

Of course. He missed some shots and threw over or behind some receivers. It wasn't a great performance and Atl brought real pressure. It was great to see the defense play so well that Bryce didn't have to be perfect to win. That is what makes football such a great team sport. One side can pick up the other. The defense bailed out the offense and special teams while special teams kept Atlanta in the hole most of the day.

Renfrow has terrible chemistry with Bryce. Not sure what is up with that.

Would you be okay with this being his ceiling. Middle of the pack QB who can do basically what needs to be done to win some games. Not a franchise QB nor a total bust. Average QB at best. Should they ride this train (if this is indeed the case), and just keep building the rest of the team out. To many needs to keep neglecting other aspects of the team for one guy. I could only tolerate a minute of that but I honestly think that energy was the exact same energy the Falcons brought to that game. The completely overlooked us because they saw it as an easy day at the office.
