  1. Past hour
  2. I would love to know what these advanced stats are... Because whenever they throw at Nick Scott, it's a catch... Maybe volume is saving him because we are more willing to give up underneath stuff than deep passes
  3. I’m pretty gun-shy about predicting outcomes, our boys can lay a turd just about anytime, and Taysom Hill remains the Rubik’s cube we just can’t solve. That said… I’ve got a feeling we finally put it together this week. Big win coming.
  4. Projected Line up 11/8 vs Sabres Forwards Svechnikov - Aho - Jarvis Ehlers - Stankoven - Blake Hall - Staal - Martinook Carrier - Kotkaniemi - Robinson Defense Nikishin - Walker Miller - Nystrom Reilly - Legault Starting Goaltender Kochetkov Injuries Jalen Chatfield (Upper-Body Injury | No Timetable For Return) Shayne Gostisbehere (Midsection Injury | No Timetable For Return) Jaccob Slavin (Lower-Body Injury | "Out For A While" as of Oct. 14) Scratches Brandon Bussi Mark Jankowski PP1: Aho, Ehlers, Jarvis, and Svechnikov with Miller PP2: Blake, Hall, and Stankoven with Nikishin and Walker
  5. Scourton looks and plays small to me. Maybe he looks better playing across from an actual defensive end. i can’t remember a single thing wonnum has done all year.

  7. No no no no no no. I agree. Let's not set ourselves back again. The lb from Ohio state looks like an animal
  8. I had not heard that thanks.Shula made a mess of things this year.
  9. This is my thinking on them too. We don't know their ceiling yet but their floor looks to be depth. This is such a massive improvement from recent drafts. Of course, it's early enough for them to flop but boy are then early results promising. But to your wider point, I think it would have helped the D a ton if we'd landed an edge at the trade deadline. Ah well.
  10. Dang, yall just now getting on that Carolina Mic wave? Better late than never, I guess! Enjoy the ride! He's actually in Minnesota or somewhere I think. I assume he's originally from somewhere in the Carolina's though.
  11. This is where I am. They’re players that will get a second contract in the nfl. That’s a marked improvement from the past couple of drafts, Bryce included.
  12. Yeah, he's looking like #1 overall. Beat of luck to him. I have zero desire to bite off another one of those trades.
  13. This Fernando Mendoza kid looks like the real deal! Love watching him play!
  14. Today
  15. From a statistical POV: He's ranked 68th out of 90 safeties. From fan POV: Liability and probably the most complained about non-QB Panther on our roster. Bottom line: He might not be as bad as most think but he's definitely a below average starter at safety. He knows the system and he's a positive at ST though, I can give him that.
  16. Kasay was injured that year and Graham was his replacement
  17. This signing is from the spring. This is not a new 1 yr deal
  18. I’m happy with Princely and Scourton with the understanding that they’ll probably be depth someday. I feel like we “hit” on them at least based on early results. If we are drafting in the middle of the 1st we’ll be too far out for some elite talent. Probably just go O line or LB at that point.
  19. Yeah he would be a perfect fit
  20. Hornets gave up 51 first quarter points to the Heat. The only good news is our rookie class looks to be the best we've had in many many years. Bad news is they seem to be outplaying our veterans at times. We need to trade Miles Bridges. Plays way too much iso and just takes poor shots and then does next to nothing on the other end. Can't have your vets playing like this.
  21. Panthers vs Packers - Uncle Corn Pop (720p, h264, youtube).mp4
  22. Scourtin, I have zero concern about. Not only is he physical but his particular work ethic paired with that motor already tells me what l I need to know. He needs the reps and more time to develop. Right now he's at his floor but he's going to be a monster once he gets comfortable. Wonnum should really be more of a depth peice imo..... also add Pat Jones to that list. We do need another starter opposite Nic. If the plan is to let him develop in that starting role then the other side needs somebody who can run stop and make an immediate impact w/ the pass rush.
  23. Ackbar you are right. But what Electro means is we need quality reinforcements. We need 2 or 3 not 1
  24. I think you are somewhat right. Edge is a need, but man when I watch the Panthers on defense Scourton is consistently making plays that open my eyes. His motor is top tier, he seems to get better every week and is getting more playing time. The dude is literally 21 years old. And on top of that, your chart here shows hes getting double teamed more than half the league lol. Why would that be if he wasnt good? Also consider D.Brown is out there drawing double teams as well. To me thats impressive
  25. What I got from this- hes actually capable of being worse
