The Panthers and Jags have the exact same win/loss record for the regular season- 144/160. Post season they're 5-6 and we're 6-5. The Jags, along with Houston, are the only teams to have never played in a championship game.

Over the same number of seasons (8)  Coughlin won 3 more games than Del Rio (68 - 65). Coughlin had more losing seasons than Del Rio though (4 - 3).

 

So no, It was no where near 99% of the wins.
