Might have been mentioned....but I am tired of offsetting penalties.  It just doesn't make sense that a 15 yard personal foul and a 5 yard illegal contact offset each other.  Maybe take the net difference of the two penalties?

Change the Pro-Bowl into a week 12-13 bye week (that way you will have a big enough sample size to vote for players) and for everyone givens 2 week off:

2nd week for rest and 1st week for a skills week and a pro bowl game at the end on Sunday. Through out the week you could have events like QB skills (barrel throwing, pin point target practice, how many consecutive passes, and a huge dunk tank with 10 screaming fan kids)

Just think of the DE drills or CB drills or WR drills. It would only be like flashy practice

You could probably have a celebrity game the night before or something.

Basically do your all-star weekend but like the NBA.

Yea, but in this case won't participate doesn't mean they won't play hard, it means the won't even go. No one is gonna be out there playing in a meaningless game and drills while there opponent is at home resting.

KO are handled by punter. You have to go for two or choose the person who scored the TD option of kicking the extra point. Many other ways this would change the game, plus the overall game product would be increase.

In order to do the others below, ban children. 21 and up only for staduim.

Open gambling al a dog races at the staduim. Each quarter open the bets, allow all sort odd lines. Basically turn each staduim into a 4-7 hour vegas trip. The whole deal....... in a short time nfl would turn form a billion dollar biz into a gallizion biz. Call me roger!
