Josh Mccown was playing qb. I don't like Stafford but he is good and will burn bad secondaries especially with guys like megatron receiving. This lions team will be the defense's first real test.

We also had Anderson a QB... There defence is worse than the Bucs and Cam will be back. Our defense will not have the heat or a backup QB to compensate for.

The lions are just another team.

I think it'll be a good game next week but as far as I see it, it boils down to this.  The superiority of our defense compared to theirs is greater than their offense's over ours.  If our defense is an A, theirs is a C.  If their offense is an A, ours is a B.

Any given Sunday. After seeing us beat the Saints, Patriots and 49ers and almost beat the Seahawks last year, I have faith in this team for next week.

Detroit is good but I wouldn't put to much stock in tonight's game because the Giants are AWFUL, they look even worse than last year. If we can get some pressure on Stafford I expect him to resort to his normal brain dead self.

I'm not worried about offensive minded Dome teams against our D...especially at home. I would love some 90 degree and lots of humidity home cooking. Hopefully Cam and KB get it going.

The Lions will be tough, but theyre nothing to be scared of. NO team in this league should scare you. This team is that good, thats how the players in the locker room feel and thats the only acceptable emotion from the fans. Expect to win. Period. Anything else is just b***h status.
