Going after hardy now is basically a witch hunt

The people actually pursuing his release are a bunch of idiots who are probably frequent readers of the gawker site "Jezebel".

This is a witch hunt.

His release is only relevant now because they have a "cause", now they can rally their troops and B**** about everything and try to shame us into boycotting the NFL.

One writer on that site actually said it's hypocritical to support women and still watch football. Idiots. Idiots, I tell you.

I'm still waiting for a mob full of reactionary loons to go storming down Mint Street looking for Hardy. Let the court system decide his fate and be patient. If he's found guilty, then he will face personal and professional punishment. Until then, stop acting like fools. That includes the media, and anyone else getting caught up in emotional hoopla and nonsense.

The Liberal media, the Charlotte Observer included are about done milking the ,change the Redskins name, so they need a new cause like this to beat, until it becomes a dead horse.

yeah baby another Hardy thread

Suggest we lock all and pin a generic thread to post in. It's really all the same.

Person 1. Hardy was convicted.

Reply. no it was a bench trial

Person 1. But he was convicted and that's all that matters

Reply: no. Sites lawyer/constitution

Person 1. But a conviction is a conviction

Insert random comment guy: you rush to judgement

Insert random comment guy 2: you like hardy and defend him even if he was convicted.

Insert random comment guy 3: Alice, you suck and the Taints are 0-1. Oh wait , wrong thread

Repeat all ad nauseam and also in next thread

his situation is not that of Ray's... This chick knew her time was up unlike Ray's chick! Greg did something most likely as she did too, and yes haters gonna hate but the bottom line is in a worse case scenario for Greg, he won't get the exact treatment as Ray because their is no tape and sadly Lawyers can even change truth...

However, something happened and we may never get the entire truth. Cutting him now is a stupid idea and again I say, anyone that is crying about domestic violence can't say anything if they don't even back domestic violence victims as especially organizations: battered women, or children who lost parents to dv. media has many of you bugging. if you all cared so much this would even be a issue in this country because it would have been taken care years ago.

    • I am gonna believe it wasn’t us if the 4th round pick price is accurate. We needed 225 points to get from 19 to their pick. 875 at 19 to 1100 at 14.  Our 2026 4th was valued at 56 points I think. A future 4th has less value. So that wasn’t close to enough.    It would have taken our third and our fourth. Comes within a point of even.    Now, moving to their spot in the second round we could have done but after Miami took Rodriguez why would we?
    • Yep,and Blake Miller have had more experiences than Freeling,Lions did not sigh a vet T like Walker,so they had to pick Miller.
    • I mean it's expected.  This is the NBA.  And they hate the Charlotte Hornets.  Flagg was also the guy "magically" given to the Mavs who lost Luca to the wildly popular Lakers.  Was always an uphill battle.  But the award is BS since it's not voted on before play-in starts. Kon probably lost because of the play-in as many people switched votes.  It was a regular season award, so this is some nonsense.  Kon also didn't have the luxury of taking 10 games off to rest up injuries like Flagg did.  If he did, he wouldn't have been nursing his back the last month.  I mean, screw him for being on an actual playoff team that matters.  Flagg took tons of shots a game, he was wildly inefficient.  Kon was a huge reason the Hornets made the play-in and turned the season around after Jan.   I think Flagg will probably be the better player long term, or at least the most impact.  But Kon should have won ROTY.
