2014 Bucs = 2010 Panthers

 

 

I know, I know, we all take great joy in seeing the other teams in the south be demolished.

 

 

But just think back to 2010... when after 3 weeks we all knew the season was over.  Good lord was that awful.

 

 

Can any part of you find a little sympathy for Bucs fans? We do need them to beat the NFC North teams afterall.

I remember that season like it was yesterday. By halftime, we already knew we had lost. I drowned my sorrows in alcoholic beverages each sunday with no hope until the next season. I have to be honest, I started to feel sorry for them last night, especially Lovie....stay strong buc fans ..We all had to go through this at some point.

I think they will finish stronger when they move past McCown.

I feel sorry for them, but mostly because of Lovie who I like (and someone many here including myself would have been brought in as DC)

 

For the fans? Nah....paying their dues as far as I am concerned.

in 2010 we at least knew the coach was on the way out.

The QB who got demolished last night is replaced in the backup role by our QB who got demolished that year.

If it were the Falcons or the Saints, I'd kick them while they were down and not feel bad about it. But the Bucs? Yeah I feel sorry for the Bucs.

I can absolutely relate... But, even being sympathetically bankrupt, I did feel bad for them. The same way I feel bad for all the naugas that get killed to make naugahyde belts & stuff.....

How can you feel sorry for a team that put on such a disgusting display of professional football?  They were the Bad News Bucs.

 

As for needing them to beat anyone, that's not true.  As long as we handle our business, everyone else can kick rocks.

What did you guys think about Ryan and the Falcons throwing deep in the third quarter up 35-0?

 

I realize it was early in the third but that was the moment I actually felt a touch of sympatico
