Do something purely as a we are making a move just so we can claim we tried something?

Four weeks into last season....how did you feel? Should we of done that then? If not, why now and not then

I don't know how you mask anything with this OL. Even if Shula wanted to go pass heavily this OL makes it presently to dangerous with Cam's current condition with the line being so bad. Bc that is the only option IMO a OC has

I would've gotten rid of Shula a long time ago. His track record has always been poor and his faults never improve.

And we could mask the OL a little with screens, slants, short curls. Short and quick pass plays instead of long developing ones.

A ball control O will always be a ball control O....the purpose isn't big points, yards, big wins. I think that gets lost often when Shula is brought up.

But if you give Shula this OL. It isn't a Shula problem. That is a FO problem bc pairing the two is a disaster waiting to happen and Cam bailed you out last season. You give him an even worse OL this year and think Cam will do it again?

That is Gettlemen IMO not Shula that deserves the heat.

I get not liking ball control. I don't. Means you struggle when the plan doesn't go well early

When Gettleman was first hired, he said that he needed at least two years. So, I'm going to give him two years.

He far exceeded expectation last year, but is currently below expectations right now. This upcoming offseason will be his make or break period for me. We need decent FA acquisitions (not just bargain bin poo) in positions of need and another year of solid draft picks.
