Our offense was asking way too much of our defense.  They threw away so many good opportunities that the D gave them. 

 

Yup offense needs to show it can carry a damn game every once in a while man it's always D or bust.  Still a great game and I don't want to be negative or anything because it was a fun comeback but good lord the offense needs to put together a complete game here every now and again.

I think it may have more to do with CHI than anything we did. Lets see what happens next week.

Appeared to me that Kuechly was keying or spying Forte the second half but not the first. Could this have been an adjustment in strategy mid-game? We are not known very well for that. Are we?

We were too aggressive early. Threw behind the Godfrey blitz, Luke and TD bit hard on a counter for a big run, TD has crossed all the way to the other side of Luke. Cutler run on the double A gap blitz that didn't get there. All a result of being over aggressive

Defense played well in the 2nd half. The two turnovers on offense deep in our own territory didn't help in 1st, but you got to occasionally hold other teams to field goals when those things happen.

We beat a decent team and didn't play our best. We just have to tighten up and keep getting better

The Offense was clutch in the 2nd half and TOOK the  lead back not to shabby!

Now there is an interesting way to shift blame from the defense to offense. So since the offense wasn't racking up points in the first half, the defense decided to let Cutler and the Bears get 14 point lead over their team in the first half...That will teach those guys on Offense...Wow!!!

 

And when u speak of offense, u really just mean Cam. Might as well say it.

Did you even watch the game?  Bears got 14 points off of two turnovers in the first quarter.

I think TD helps a lot but I'm still concerned about our ability to get pressure with just our front 4.

Our secondary still scares the poo out of me.  If we can't create pressure, then we've got problems back there.

If our two starting safeties could get a pick respectively in every game like this one, I will be real optimistic about our chance against our following opponents.

i don't remember when it was but TD missed a tackled on forte on a 3rd down then he got that huge gain where harper tackeld him out of bounds, fter that thomas was a mad man and was laying dudes out
