According to the article on ESPN, the next time he does it, he'll be sent to the principle's office:

You can't suspend this incident, because then every team would be crying wolf on every tackle around the legs.  It would set a bad precedent.  He got a decent fine and will be watched under the microscope from here on out.  That's all you can really expect in this situation.

Where is the NFLPA? Shouldn't they be just as concerned with protecting players from malicious intent to injure as they are appealing fines and suspensions? It often seems like the NFLPA only exists to appeal punishments.
