Godfrey is the very first player RR should bench and i am having an even harder time trying too wrap my head around the fact that he wasnt cut too start with based off his performance in training camp,this is by far,the most puzzling player on the roster for me to comprehend,right now?!?

Basically it's in the contract we actually save money by keeping him on the team rather than cutting him. That is why he took the paycut too. If i remember correctly if you cut him he would cost like 2.5 mil but if you keep him on the team he would cost like 1.8 assuming he plays all 16 games. He gets less if he isnt active.

He took a pay cut and he's still making too much.

Our secondary is really missing Mikell, Mitchell and Munnerlyn. Bene was solid until he got hurt and Godfrey has been a flaming pile of poo. Seemed like Rogers just located where Godfrey was on the field and tossed it to that WR.

mike mitchell should of been brought back idc about the cap we ended uo spening on the dude harper and decoud we could of had mitchell smh

      I turned to the NFL Network and they are playing the Wildcard Game against the Rams I think we gained a lot of respect around the league we hung in there for a while into the 4th Quarter 🙂

      Does anyone know for sure if the game tonite will be on HBO max?  That is where I watched the last one and only access I currently have- I am in SE NC and no broadcast stations carry the games.😖

      take a  look around the league at other young Qb's such as Drake Maye , Jayden Daniels, Bo Nix , CJ Stroud  & Caleb Williams who at the time like Bryce Young they also were drafted by teams with a losing record .the only difference with these Qb's is after joining their teams with a losing record they led those same teams to a winning record in a very short period of time .it's simply what you call a game changer & or elite Qb's & then take a  look at  the other side of the coin you have Qb's such as Trey Lance, Zach Wilson, Mac Jones, Justin Fields  & Anthony Richardson also like Bryce Young all first round picks who instead of winning either did not play or led their teams to a losing record while playing  Bryce Young who has an overall record of 14-30 & wildly inconsistent & never in the history of the NFL has a Qb 5'10" or shorter had a successful carrer as Qb in the NFL  if anything history is telling you exactly what ?..just saying
