I can't be the only one here that's met someone off the huddle and have a relationship blossom. I want to hear your story. Here's mine...

I've been on the huddle for 10 years (or close to it). When I first began posting another poster and I hit it off. We agreed on a lot of the same poo and the poster just seemed cool AF. I got brave one night and asked for the digits in a pm. The number was sent.

I was so nervous when i started to make the call. I kept thinking to myself, "I hope they like me". I called and we hit it off on the phone. Come to find out they lived not for from me at the time. The next step.... A face to face.

We had coffee or some poo like that and our relationship continued to grow. We got active in the community together and tried to change the world.

I saw them again last night and the electricity was still there. All I could think of was how in the hell did they fit into those skinny ass jeans?

Carolinahuddle.com has made an impact on my life and brought someone to me I care deeply about.

      This is what I mean. I am not some huge BY fan. I honestly don't look at QBs the way a lot of you guys do. Right or wrong, I've always looked at them as just another cog in the machine. Didn't want BY or even a trade up for a QB in 2023. We saw in the Super Bowl how important the rest of the team is on any given Sunday. Now... so PFF, who has no reason to prop up BY, says he's first in 2 stat lines and Panthers "fans" are arguing why it's either wrong or a made up stat just to make BY look good. Even though they have multiple stat lines where he's literally last in. Like 32nd in the NFL. Some he's even lower than 32. Take a step back. Try to objectively self analyze. This is just not sensible.  Same thing I see with other teams' fans and their QBs though. We analyze every single throw on every single play. For every other QB, most here are only using highlights to judge. Makes a difference. We saw Stafford miss throws when they played Carolina - both games. We saw Love throw crap up when they played Carolina. We saw Dak miss throws when they played Carolina - and Pickens was putting on a SHOW. We saw Josh Allen win a game with 163 yards passing against Carolina, but if BY does it he's crap and can't pass for 200 yards. Gents... come on.

      None of us think we're contenders this season but no reason we're doomed to 5 or 6 wins either. Dan has to have another 2025- like draft class and at least 2 key free agent signings. We're not Seattle but they don't win without 5 starters from their last 2 draft classes and Darnold and Lawrence in free agency.  Alas,  we'll have to wait one more season for a QB upgrade.

      I've got nothing else to say really than: Ayup. Here we are again. Again.  All we can really hope for is progress. If we improve as much again, it'll be good. If we don't, it'll be foretold.
