this team has the talent to do it. but until the coaches demonstrate the leadership needed to do it and the players quit running their mouths about "what needs to be done" and start doing it, i have a right to say they look like tender breasted crap.

Too many holes on this roster. I think GMan knew what was coming and that's why he didn't spend a lot of $ in FA. Bad contracts were going to severely limit this team. We have to ride out the storm and have another strong draft in '15.....

Even if Carolina wins in Philly, (not likely) the only thing I will know about this team is that I don't know anything about how they will do week to week. This inevitably leads to a lot of unnecessary stress. I am strangely thankful I am already bald at the tender age of 31, because watching this team makes me want to tear my hair out. To answer the question, I don't believe Carolina will right the ship this year, or for as long as they have Rivera and Shula. At this moment, the Panthers suck.     

 

I believe they have the ability to right the ship.  I'm not happy with the play I've witnessed lately but I don't lose faith in the team when there are several variables working against us.  Sure, we can scream that Gettleman didn't address this or that.  Gettleman also didn't know Hardy would make a stupid mistake nor injury would be a big issue.  That's the game.  We are cap strapped but Gettleman is doing a good job trying to address this issue.  Can't pay for top drawer players when there's not top drawer money.
