Rivera said receivers were getting no separation. They just cut the slowest reciever on the team and we have a speedster on the PS. Dots, they are connecting.

I have no problem witht he football side of this cut. The management side however leaves me scratching my head. He was slow when we signed him that's not debatable, but why drop him now. So younger guys can play. Should have done this from the start.

I'm not sure why anyone still really gives a poo about this season at this point, anyway. It's a throwaway. Be happy we went 3-12-1 instead of 0-16 and be done with it. 

 

In all reality, we are a fraction away from sitting here at 0-11

 

If the safety from Tampa catches the ball in the 4th against DA, they probably go on to score

If the Lions didn't have a horrendous rookie kicker and Calvin didn't drop that TD, we'd have lost that game

If Jay Cutler didn't go Jay Cutler and sure handed Forte didn't gift us one in the Bears game, we would have lost that game

If Mike Nugent could hit a 36 yard FG, we would have lost that one.

 

You could make a case that we potentially could have won the falcons or seahawks game if things were different, but that is about it.

 

The Ravens, Steelers, Packers, Eagles, and Saints all manhandled us

 

We are a lot closer to the likes of the Raiders than people want to realize.
