Now will you STFU about Stewart for once?

top dawg

He is simply a beast, and the best RB we have without question, and it's not even close.

What's that you say?

Sure he has been paid a king's ransom to ride the bicycle, but anyone who has been watching knows that he has just had some bad luck the last couple of years. But we're just going to have to hope that Lady Luck swings for the positive at least through next year. Personally I hope that he can stay relatively healthy and continue his career here for a few more years. It's not like we are going to have to overpay for his services, so I believe that that would be the best case scenario.

If nothing else, can we ban the Fozzy should be starting posts?  You see what happens when Stewart gets the rock more than a handful of times per game. He rocks, and he looks like the Stewart of old: a fast, elusive, hard hitting, catching, blocking running back---all that a team wants in a play maker in the backfield.

It's amazing that as good as Stewart has been running we still find ways to fug it up. Stewart just had a nice gain? Time to pull him and run Tolberts fatass up the middle for nothing. Or Deangelo.

Deangelo can sit the fug down for the rest of the year until he's cut this offseason for all I care.

So goddamn tired of this team right now. I'm not even mad, I just want some heads to roll. Gettleman needs to bust up in Rivera's presser and fire him on the spot.

So he has a few good games, and people need to STFU? Lmao ok.. No one said he wasn't good, he just always hurt and is paid a ton of money. People being upset about that is pretty logical. We all know he can be great, and is way better than deangelo at this point.

    • People really need to stop placing Dan Morgan on some kind of infallible pedestal. He is absolutely in lockstop with Tepper regarding Bryce and has been all along. As far as the team being okay with 185 passing yards per game. We better have a proven monster RB in our backfield then. Presently that guy is not on the roster. Chuba has one outlier season so far and the other guys have proven nothing. Not what you would call a great recipe. The only thing we can hope at this juncture is that the highest paid OL in the league for the second year in a row elevates their play from last season and opens up some massive holes even our RB's can get through. But it still doesn't resolve the issue of predictability. With no viable passing game it is much easier to shut down any run game. No defenses are scared of Bryce's arm. It is what it is.
    • i lived in Atlanta from 84'to 92' & back then it was indeed a very different time without the internet & access to information 24/7. shortly after i moved back home to western NC around 93' or 94' the Carolina Panthers were awarded an NfL franchise & began their inaugural season in 95' so ike you i have seen the Carolina Panthers, ,the NFL ,technology, fans all evolve over the many a moon & years now some for the better & others not so ...just saying
    • I wouldn't even bet on us winning the NFC South. All four teams had excellent Drafts.
