Look at some of the other teams who have been in this position every year. What's the guarantee we won't be saying exactly the same this time next year? Sure a new HC and OC will will improve us, but I still think we need a top quality LT, DE, WR and whole secondary, not to mention padding out the rest of the positions. We can't improve enough to have a winning season next year, I feel.
