Do you have any confidence in ATL to beat NO?

I have zero confidence in Tampa Bay to take care of business, even at home. The Saints* took care of business on the road against the Bears, who may suck, but it's still hard to dominate any team for four quarters, and the Saints* did. This means our season (assuming we win out) is going to be on the line next Sunday. The Falcons absolutely HAVE to win.

Julio Jones should be back, and the Falcons are still technically alive (if they win out and the Saints lose out they make the playoffs, right?)

Anybody think it's gonna happen?

Because ATL lost to PIT, if they beat NO, we make the playoffs if we win out.

Atlanta is only one game back, if they win their last 2 they are in because they will have swept the saints and hold that tiebreaker over them.

The Birds are better than the Taints so I think they could do it but that mole faced troll has a horseshoe stuck in his ass so you might as well flip a quarter.

My guess is that ATL beats Urine U but because Riverboat Ron wants to get cute and sits Cam 1 more week thinking he is on to something with DA we get beat by Johhny Foosball.

Just my two cents.

    • I was honestly flabbergasted to see Rod send out Stanky and the boys to to matchup against their top line to start the game. The reason that line has been so effective is because they've been matched mostly against 2nd and 3rd lines all year. You've got last change. Use it to your advantage.
    • Nobody played well on defense last night. But, the vitriol towards Chatfield (and to a lesser extent, K'andre) is bigly misplaced. People (not just you) just refuse to accept how bad Slavin has been this season. And, I get it. Canes fans (and informed analysts) have spent nearly a decade trying to explain to casuals just how good Jaccccob is at hockey. 4Nations happened and the hockey watching public started to listen. National media even started floating the idea of creating a new award in his honor. Then this season, he gets hurt. It happens. NBD. But, when he finally came back, it wasn't the same. He'll get back to his old self in no time. Probably just some rust, it'll be fine. Only, it wasnt rust, and he's not fine. He's bad right now. It wasnt just last night. Although, that was absolutely the worst game of his NHL career. Slavin (-4) currently has the 3rd worst +/- of anyone left in the playoffs. We've  been begging the world to recognize Jaccob Slavin's greatness. And, by the time we finally got people to listen, he shits the bed! I blame Kash!
    • According to Scott Fowler, in an article about former Panthers announcer applying for a job with the Ravens... what that job pays, incidentally, when the Ravens posted it publicly they said the salary would be $4,000 to $5,000 per game. An NFL season consists of 20-24 games, including the preseason and potential playoff games, so it will end up somewhere between $80,000 and $120,000 a year. The person hired will be an independent contractor, which is commonplace in the NFL these days for team broadcasters, and also have other radio and TV hosting assignments.  https://www.charlotteobserver.com/sports/nfl/carolina-panthers/article315839800.html
