It just amazes me the turnaround this team has had this year. It was like a mirror reflection of what my Auburn Tigers did this year at the college level. Auburn starts out the season strong and then collapses, and then the Panthers do it the other way.

 

It's because, Rivera's not a good enough coach to do well during adversity, injuries, constant changes. However, when things get better he can set his game plan. He and Shula, are just not quick to changes and decisive.
