lol It's funny I think we at the huddle are starting to get like Beat writers trying to break a story. *I say that because I saw it 30 seconds after it dropped and somehow you beat me to it.

Anywho well he's not really throwing his life away, at this point his salary has been that of which many could only DREAM of.  If he lives within his means he'll be more than well off and set for the rest of his life. Now his career...down the drain.

A few weeks ago ppl were talking about either him or J. Blackmon coming here and I was on the side of giving people 3rd and 4th chances lol....good thing I'm only a GM in Madden.

Kid needs to get his poo together.

I'm not going to hate on his weed habits, but it's literally the ONE thing you continually screw up on it seems, and the ONE thing the NFL is constantly looking at you about. And you're so dumb that you don't stop it? Or at least get better at passing the test? Good grief.

Yeah but do you really think that he's going to be able to live within his means with a uncontrollable addiction?

I feel bad for him. He has an addiction that is stealing his career from him. If it was was as easy as just saying no I am sure that he would have already done that. Anybody that has struggled with an addiction or has had a family member who has dealt with it knows that addiction is a bitch. Still rooting for the guy to somehow turn it around.

The "drug" is alleged to be alcohol.

    • You’re playing madden we’re talking real football stuff…. He does have you seen his special on internet he def thinks he’s getting paid
    • Without the team having an identity kinda hard to predict what they value.  They either are really trying to build a balanced team, or preparing for another swing at qb if Bryce doesn’t pan out. Seems like we value the o line but the $ spent there has been underwhelming besides Lewis, you could say it’s because of injuries but still hasn’t been worth the investment. as already stated, the whole handling of Bryce young as a whole has been ass backwards, we spent the years we’re supposed to take advantage of having a qb with a lower cap hit, building the team up to be adequate. now It appears, key word appears, the saints have done it correctly, which is painful to even think about. Regardless, I hope the front office has paid attention to qb contracts recently, such as Tua, Kyler, Daniel jones(pre colts) and don’t settle for subpar qb play at franchise qb rates
    • This is the flaw in your logic.  Cutting 3 of our best players will somehow move us from whatever we are to "compete". Even the most Young super fans are not predicting a ceiling above top 10-12, and that will not nearly cut it.  Someone will need to break the log jam of QBs getting nothing or North of 50. Our qb is at best a middle ground, lets hope it will be us that also manage to pay the worth at about 100 over 3 years.  And before you jump me, yes that is only of he improves.
