Its funny you mention that because Ginn said today that after he fumbled he had a "feeling" he would be in a position to come back to Carolina and he couldnt be happier to come back

Yeah, i think he learned his lesson on 1-yr contracts his first season.  All the new contracts are for 2-yrs with easy outs if we have to cut them.
