Collins is the only one on that list, though I might be talked into Arik Armstead.  I was looking at him a while back, made a thread about him before the combine.  Preston Smith maybe, but he's not projected in the 1st or maybe even the 2nd.  I think he's the best 4-3 DE in this draft, though (outside of possibly Fowler, if he can do 4-3 DE in the NFL).  I might also be able to be talked into Goldman or Shaq.  Preston Smith is my favorite prospect of all mentioned, though.

If I'm being real about it comes down to three guys; kjohnson, goldman, or durpee. In which I don't think anyone will last til 25, but I know 50 players will be drafted before 25...... id be happy with one of those, can t choose right now.........

I personally like your durpee pick.

I think we bought ourselves a year to get by in the secondary with Tillman and Coleman, without having to draft someone high. I could see us grabbing an OLB or a pass rusher.

another year,we have been putting it off for several years now.

    • frank, that ball was very catchable where it hit his hands. I don't even think he bent at waist until after he dropped it. He actually slows his pace to position himself to catch the ball. That will never be a pass I'd blame on the QB.   NFL+ _ Live Games on mobile, NFL RedZone, NFL Network and More! - Google Chrome 2026-01-15 13-54-54.mp4
    • https://overthecap.com/position/left-guard   Lewis is the 9th highest paid Left Guard in the league. I bet it was higher when the deal was done two years ago.    https://overthecap.com/position/right-guard Hunt #3 highest Right Guard   There is a tab in the upper left portion of the graphic that allows looking at the different positions.
    • It was a great play, but a better catch than throw. The TE boxes out Moehrig for position. Jumps to catch the ball. Catches it and turns 180 degrees while he's still in the air. Comes down and toe taps to stay in bounds and lunges for the goal post. That first part where he boxes out Moehrig for the ball is huge. If he doesn't do that and simply fades back to catch the ball (this is why Bryce doesn't trust XL), then Moehrig likely undercuts the pass for a break up or INT. Stafford trusts his receivers to make plays for him. Here I slowed it down so you can see it. Great play but amazing catch and score by the TE.  NFL+ _ Live Games on mobile, NFL RedZone, NFL Network and More! - Google Chrome 2026-01-15 13-45-32.mp4 NFL+ _ Live Games on mobile, NFL RedZone, NFL Network and More! - Google Chrome 2026-01-15 13-44-37.mp4
