Who don't you want our division rivals to draft?

I'm going to flip it around.  I'll say who I DO want our rivals to pick at their positions of need.

 

1.  Bucs: I REALLY hope they take Mariota over Winston.  Winston's going to be a stud.  Mariota is Manziel without the wannabe rockstar attitude.  He will require the right system to succeed, and I doubt Tampa's is that system.

 

2.  Saints: I REALLY hope they take Shane Ray.  I know he won't make a good 4-3 DE and I'm about half confident he won't be a good 3-4 OLB either.  I'm 50/50 on Gregory, whether I'd prefer them to take him.  Beasley is going to be a monster.  I really hope they don't get him.  I hope they take Funchess with their second 1st round pick.  Not DGB or Strong or one of the other legit 1st round WRs.

 

3.  Falcons:  I'd also be good with the Falcons taking Ray.  Or Leonard Williams.  In my opinion, Danny Shelton is the best DT in this class.  He's a beast.  Leonard Williams screams bust to me.  I know I'm in the minority in that.  I also wouldn't mind them taking Gordon, really don't want them taking Gurley.

That's just beautiful. I want him so bad on the Panthers but there is zero chance.

If Oakland goes defense and White is the first WR off the board and Cooper hits the double digits I'd really consider giving a plethora of picks to move up.

I want tampa to keep their pick and take winston, I dont want them to be able to retool with multiple high picks quickly.  I want them to draft winston and set their franchise back 5 years when he turns out to be a bust.

I cant either. I see so much Vince Young and Jamarcus Russell in him. He also have a horrible and long throwing motion and turns the ball over way too much. He's even already struggled with weight control which shouldn't be a problem for a young QB.  

 

I haven't even started talking about his off the field problems which will keep occurring. I think he has bust written all over him even if he has some instant success

he played for a top school in fsu and if you watched any of the games he was always putting them in situations where they would almost lose.

he makes so many mistakes and throws alot of intos and his good running game and defense saved him alot this year , he is way over hyped because of this so called pro style offense the same style offense that christan ponder and ej manuel ran and look how they turned out . 

mariotta on the other hand is a great qb it just so happend that he played for a system in Oregon, mariotta can run and he has an accurate arm im fine with the bucs getting winston because they would be missing out on mariotta .

Winstion carnied the team toa lot of Wns last season, he put the team on his back and led them to a championship. This year he had less talent around him and made some dumb and poor throws, but he's still an amazingly smart and athelthic kid.

 

Mariotta has less than stellar accuracy and am strength and is very much a system quarterback. Oregon was very gimicky and it's a debate if Mariotta is ready to start(though the said was said of Cam) and Winstion is not just pro ready, but he's incredibly smart and he'll do wonders in an offense with Vincent Jackson, Mike Evans and ASJ as targets.

Maxx is like a less athletic version of Olsen. He doesn't worry me. He's solid but nothing to worry about.

one bad game does not make a player bad. Winstion is smart, accurate, and can make all the throws. He threw more ints and started off slow a few games, but look back at 2013, and you can see how clutch he was for FSU. The team did support hm more in 2014, and he had a handful of bad games, you cannot deny the talent this kid has.

 

 

Winston, if he can stay clean, has all the tools to be an elite QB.
