Philly is going to be good because Dave and Rivera are creating a culture that rewards hard work. We are going to see less and less of the Hills and Cotchery's and more of players like Philly and Byrd. Guys that are young and can play a role. This is how NYG seemed to always have a WR or Pass rusher no matter how many injuries they had.

I remember early in the free agency period some people thought that the Panthers might try to land Cobb until they found out how expensive he will be. I was very impressed with Corey Brown last year and I loved his play. If Corey can stay consistent and get better we will have a very good offense this season because Corey can get open deep with Ginn. Get excited Panthers fans because things are really looking up!

On paper. The recievers look more dynamic and diverse. Cam said so yesterday. But we have to see who makes it through camp healthy. And we need the line to hold up so Cam can deliver the ball.

Better WR'S will help the line. Last year team's just stacked the box because we had no one to go over the top. That led to more blitzes and less under routes. Now we have Ginn,Philly, and Funchess, that's going to change teams approach in a big way.

If our O line can be an even slightly improved version of what we saw late last season, our offense is going to be a force to be seriously reckoned with. Not to mention that Defense. The season can't come soon enough.

I think our offense might take a step forward and our defense a step back. A lot will depend on what Shaq and Fun chess bring.

      Cam was hitting his stride as a QB in 2017/2018.     This is why I think stats like completion percentage are overrated. As long as a QB is clutch and makes the throws to win the game the rest doesn’t really matter. What good is a check down stat padder if they’re a choker.  Until Norv Turner (and briefly Chud) got here we put Cam in high pressure throwing situations all the time. We also ran the ball on first down more than most teams in the NFL in the Ron era. Coupled with shitty WRs, all that is expressed in his stats. I also assume Cam took the ball in his hands on many occasions rather than trust Funchess to catch the ball.    It was also never Cams job to play the game like someone else. His presence on the field dictated the game in a way that is rarely seen.  He showed he could play the dink and dunk game just before TJ Watt. That didn’t suddenly make him better than his earlier seasons. He just got put in a legit under center  passing game again for first time since his rookie year with Chud.    Ron took the quickest path to success and abused the RPO because his ass was about to get fired.    Cam never got the credit for being the cerebral player that he was. I just think when you are legitimately a human Superman, sometimes the best play is having the ball in your hands. He was a better passer than Delhomme was.

      I don't think Canales has any problem benching Bryce or moving on if Bryce doesn't come out playing like the end of last year.  It's year 3 no more excuses for Bryce
