Now here is my PSA.  I suggest that you try both of these products, because they taste good. Johnsonville Turkey Sausages are delicious, and the Butterball Sweet Onion (and the jalapeno flavored) Turkey Burgers are good as well. Now if you are a stickler for pork/beef, then you may balk at the burgers, but take it from one who used to eat McDonalds like it was going out of style, you can get used to these really quickly.  No seasoning required.  You look at the calorie count on your burgers and dogs, and compare them to these.  I can almost guarantee you that the turkey burgers will have less than half the total fat that your products will have in saturated fat (mind you they are 1/3 pound burgers)  I guarantee you that they will be lower in cholesterol and sodium.  More than likely these products will have more protein than your fat laden sausages and burgers.

Now, even if you have a couple of each with buns (each bun around 120), then that's only 1180  calories.   Throw in a couple of slices of cheese and that's maybe another 150 calories, and don't go crazy on the condiments, then you will be doing very well.  The calories per day for the average man just to maintain is 2500 calories (Sorry, I just got a certification in Healthy Living).

Now, add one or two 55 calorie Bud Selects, and you will be good to go. Of course, you don't have to have two beers, and two burgers, or even two sausages (I won't), but when you're eating lighter food, you can eat more without absolutely punishing your body.

You can at least try them.  I can't vouch for the beer (tastes a little lite---OK, a lot lite), but the turkey sausages and burgers are good. Put them on the grill, or bake them in the oven.
