and all of these injuries would have still happened with 2 preseason games.  And injuries would still happen during early reg season.

Damn...you really ARE a prepubescent idiot with no football knowledge and IQ.

So you believe the preseason should actually be 4 games?  It's not like the old days when you had a 13 round draft and FA on top of it.  It isn't needed.

For not singing Kumbaya and drinking the kool-aid 24/7.  Got it.  Gettledouche is nothing but a little bully and yes man.  Too bad you can't see that.

what is it about Gettleman that you hate so much? He's proven to be an extraordinarily savvy and competent general manager, and yet you hate him with a passion.

Damn... that is awful... didn't a Packers fan just post his condolences on KB too??

And I do not mean that in any kind of snarky manner- just irony.  The number of non-contact injuries is unreal.  It didn't look that bad to me on first glance, especially compared to KB's which looked like a torn ligament from the start.

On a Panthers note, though, it just shows that the Panthers aren't the only team that will suffer a devastating loss.  Nelson was their unquestioned #1 WR just like KB.

The truth is the NFL is an apathetic place to injuries.  Still got to play games.

Packers fans have always been really respectful on the Huddle.  Seems a few show up when we are scheduled to play them and they are always pleasant and both sides usually wish for no injuries.

    • I didn't move the goal posts. But anyone who follows football who wants to engage in a rational discussion can't argue that 10 7th round picks are equal to 10 1st rounders in value. The argument has always been we haven't spent as much on defense has we have on offense. Draft picks have value just like salary. We have not spent the same amount of draft pick salary cap on defense that we have on offense since drafting Bryce. It's not even close. Just the 2 1sts we used on Bryce, 2 overall 1sts have a value of 6000. That doesn’t even factor in DJ Moore or the 2 2nds. Bryce cost more than everything we've spent on defense in 6 damn years.
    • We need to hope this scenario plays our next week he fails with pressure…what that means with Evero, is beyond me
    • Woukd be a great addition You know the issues from my prespective, 2 things the Panthers must do 1. Edge or pass rushers or 2 oline or 3 oline or as Andy Reid says, when in doubt, draft a lineman it is time   That oline is troubling plus a small person at QB  they   1. Can do a lot better than mayes at center, 2. and lewis has had injuries all season. 3. Moton should not have  been resigned long term, 4. corbett is a shadow and will probably be released  5 and Christianson coming off Achilles   6 and the kicker, would be Ickey’s contract if they decide to keep him INMO rookie and contracts will be needed to offset all that
