Allright guys and gals it's gameday and last week's thread was meh. I'll shoulder some of that blame but we need more pics! 

Today I'll be having slow cooker lasagna. It is incredible. Will add glorious pics later.

beer.  Scotch.  pimento cheese sandwich for breakfast.  Considering getting some takeout steak bites and fried shoestring zucchini sticks from a new joint near my house.  Otherwise it will be wings and ham sandwiches.

I'm going to have a big-ass brick over calzone and I'm going to eat the whole thing. Not sure what I'll drink, maybe a little Buffalo Trace.

Smoking a pork loin roast over hickory and oak, dry rubbed with garlic and fresh rosemary. Serving with rice and a vegetable medley of squash, tomatoes, onions and zucchini, I marinate the veggies in olive oil and cover with foil and cook on the pit with the roast.
